焊接工藝評定簡介
焊接工藝評定（Welding Procedure Qualification，簡稱WPQ) 為驗證所擬定的焊件焊接工藝的正確性而進行的試驗過程及結果評價。
焊接工藝評定目的
1.評定施焊單位是否有能力焊出符合相關國家或行業(yè)標準、技術規(guī)范所要求的焊接接頭；
2.驗證施焊單位所擬訂的焊接工藝規(guī)程（WPS或pWPS）是否正確。
3.為制定正式的焊接工藝指導書或焊接工藝卡提供可靠的技術依據(jù)。
歐盟焊接工藝評定適用范圍
1、適用于鍋爐，壓力容器，壓力管道，橋梁，船舶，航天器，核能以及承重鋼結構等鋼制設備的制造、安裝、檢修工作；
2、適用于氣焊，焊條電弧焊，鎢極氬弧焊，熔化極氣體保護焊，埋弧焊，等離子弧焊，電渣焊等焊接方法
